Although I incorporate aspects of Classical homeopathy into my practice, I always prescribe more than one remedy. I work with the Banerji Protocols where several protocols are prescribed at the same time.

Taking a step into the unknown can be scary! I understand, because many years ago I was in the same position as you. I trained classically and prescribing multiple remedies stood against everything I had been taught.

But it is the best thing I could have done, the success rates and results that I now see in my practice are incredible! And it is largely because my unique multi-layered and multi-methodology approach allows me to work on several layers at a time , in an effective but gentle manner.

However not everyone is ready to work in this way, and that's okay. When patients come to see me they need to be ready to take multiple remedies and to trust my expertise and prescriptions. 

Healing is a journey, as much as I wish I could wave a magic wand and make everything better, that is not possible! Healing requires commitment and you need to see homeopathy as a process.

That doesn't mean that you will not see improvements from one appoint to the next. But it is important to be realistic with our expectations, a problem that you have had for 20 years cannot be resolved in a 1.5 hour appointment!

So it is important to follow up remedies prescribed and assess if the remedies need to be changed or repeated, even when we are using the Banerji Protocols. Every time we have a follow up, a learn a bit more about you and your case and we adjust the prescription.

My unique methodology allows me to work on several layers at a time, in a gentle way. Therefore my prescriptions are designed to work together in a complimentary way, rather than just one remedy for one symptom. Working like this I never have a problem in the healing journey, I cover all possible angles so everything works smoothly without bumps on the way.

However, if you are scared to take remedies or feel that you are too sensitive to remedies, this methodology may not be suitable for you as I work with several remedies in a fast repetition. I do not believe that anybody is too "sensitive to remedies" rather that they have been conditioned to think like this and as a result, they are always concerned about any  little change they experience on their healing journey. In order to work with me, you will need to be able to take the prescription until your follow up. 

Although it can be a scary concept to use a methodology you have never tried before, I assure my patients that this is the same way I treat my family, the most important people in the world to me! And that I have full confidence in my practice.

Many assume that naturopathy and homeopathy work the same way as they are both "natural therapies". However, both disciplines approach healing in different ways. My understanding of your case will probably be very different to any diagnostic you have given previously by your naturopath, I look at your case from both physical pathologies trying to understand it from a broader context. If you want to work with me, you will need to put aside temporarily while you work with me that your disease is caused by yeast, parasites or fungus. The Banerji Protocols are based on medical pathology. To treat specific conditions, you should have medical diagnostics confirming that this is the case ( although sometimes there was not found anything conclusive on those tests for some of my patients; it is also ok, we can work the case in another way). I often rely on medical blood work or checkups to make sure the pathology is moving in the right direction, not only by improving your symptoms but also by changing blood-work numbers or healing tissue. Like DR Banerji, I agree we should make good use of the advances of medical technology that helps us look inside the human body. I often tell my patients that I am not a medical doctor and value their medical team's interpretation.

The price for a first appointment is £280 [approx $350], and Follow up appointments are £145 [approx $175], and Cristina sees patients every 8 -12 weeks, depending on the case.

Cristina often finds that the patients that have the most success in her practice are the ones that follow her prescription exactly. If you are looking for a second opinion to follow your own prescription, perhaps Cristina is not the right fit for you. 

Equally, Cristina does not work in collaboration with other natural health practitioners. Cristina is happy to work alongside your medical team, but she will not accept guidance or instructions from other non-medical practitioners.

Although medical tests are not a requirement to work with Cristina, they are highly recommended in certain cases. For example, if you have already been to several practitioners or have not been able to find any relief from past treatments, Cristina will most likely recommend having medical tests to work with you. This is to help progress your case as quickly and as effectively as possible.
